Can You Really Fine Someone for Leaving a Bad Review?

The online digital world is regulated by user reviews these days.

When people buy anything online (from a hotel room to a fridge) before any payment is made most people look at customer reviews.

This is a pretty useful tool for customers and companies... if folks take constructive criticism well

However one hotel owner has decided to take a huff with a couple who left him a bad review on Tripadvisor. 

This my friends is not the way to deal with a bad review.

Remember: when in doubt don't scream and shout! Get in contact with the person with the problem and see if you can work out a solution to get them to take down their bad review.
